The process begins with the Mold. Every part we make
has a precisely designed mold. They're not pretty, but they're built to exacting
tolerance. In this process you can see the reinforced sections as the mold is
prepared for another body to be glassed. |
| Using state of the art fiberglass spray-up equipment, we
apply the highest quality resins and glass on the molds. Once the glass is blown on
the mold, we hand roll each piece. Each step of the process is inspected to ensure
only the highest quality parts proceed to the next step. |

process both the master craftsman and owner inspect the body. |

The inspected body goes upstairs to the Finishing department. |
| Once finished and inspected again, the completed products are
prepared for shipping by the shipping staff. |
