About US
| A Brief
History Established in 1969 as a small fiberglass company, Malotte MFG. Inc. evolved over the years from primarily a repair facility for water sports equipment, camper shells, and spray tank designs, to one of the top fiberglass recreational vehicle body and parts manufacturers in the world. Our diverse clientele has included the Department of Fish & Game, U.S. Forestry Service, and the University of California at Davis, CA just to name a few. We provide custom designed products for a wide range of applications. At Malotte MFG. Inc. we take pride in our products. No product leaves our design facility until personally inspected by our master craftsman and designer, who also happens to be the owner. "Quality at a fair Price" is our motto says Carl Malotte, owner of Malotte Mfg. Inc. |
A Pioneer
in the 4-Wheel Industry Recognizing a need for replacement part and bodies for older rusting out off-road vehicles, such as out of production Jeep®, Broncos, and Land Cruisers, Malotte set out to answer this need. Through our design and development team, we were the first to reproduce a fiberglass replacement body for the old Military style CJ2-3A Jeep®. Later we added the CJ5, CJ7, and early model Broncos to the line. Finally, we completed our line with the addition of the Land Cruiser and Toyota® Pickup bed series. All of our products are of the highest quality, shipped directly to the customer ready for installation. Our Facility Beginning in a small 1,000 sq. ft shop in Auburn, CA in 1969, we relocated to our current 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Lincoln, CA. Our increased facility allows us to develop and design the highest quality fiberglass parts in the business. Whether its shipment by rail or by truck, or air, we'll get your new parts to you fast! |
